MERCK VACCINES

On October 19, 2011 Merck announced a 4% increase in the catalog price of MMR-II® Varivax® ProQuad® and RotaTeq®.  New contract prices are posted under Contracts/Merck at www.mainstreetvacs.com.  Our Merck Contract gives us sixty days after any increase to purchase vaccines at pre-increase prices,  (until December 19, 2011 in this case).

Effective November 21, 2011Merck also increased the catalog price for PNEUMOVAX®23 (Pneumococcal Vaccine Polyvalent).  The new price is listed on www.mainstreetvacs.com  under Contracts/Merck.  Any other notification notwithstanding, Main Street Members have 60 days (through January 20, 2012) to purchase PNEUMOVAX®23 at the pre-increase price. 

SANOFI PASTEUR VACCINES

Catalog prices for most Sanofi Pasteur Vaccines will increase January 1, 2012.  New contract prices are posted at www.mainstreetvacs.com  under Contracts/Sanofi.

REBATE AND BONUS

Rebate and Main Street Bonus checks for the 2010-2011 contract year are only valid for 90 days from issuance.  They will not be valid after December 23, 2011.    Please deposit them before that date.  There is a $25.00 service charge if we have to reissue a check.  

The 2010-2011 Adacel®/Menactra®Main Street Rewards Bonus

has been extended to include the entire 2012-2013 contract year.

That means you can receive a 1% bonus for all Adacel® doses ordered during the current contract year.   However, you need to meet or exceed our contract benchmark requirements for both Adacel® (90%) and Menactra® (80%) to qualify.

This contract requirement will be strictly enforced.  Please do not succumb to a sales pitch and purchase Menveo® or Boostrix®.  It will disqualify you from receiving the bonus, and may put both your annual rebate and your membership at risk.
