REBATES AND REWARDS

Thanks to your continued support we have met our Sanofi Pasteur and Merck
Contract performance criteria for the 2009-2010 contract year.
Barring any complications, Sanofi Contract members in good standing will
receive a 2.5% rebate on their vaccine purchases, (less  FET).
Members in good standing of both the Sanofi Pasteur and Merck Agreements
will also receive a Main Street Rewards bonus equivalent to 1% of their
M-M-R II, RotaTeq, and Gardasil purchases, (less FET,)
for the 2009-2010 contract year.
Checks will be mailed in September.

You qualify for the Main Street Rewards bonus if your practice participates in
both contracts and is compliant with their terms.
If you only participate in the Sanofi Agreement you only qualify for a 2.5% rebate.
If you only participate in the Merck Agreement you do not qualify for any rebate.
If you are non-compliant with the terms of the Sanofi Agreement you do not
qualify for a rebate or the Rewards bonus.
If you are non-compliant with the terms of the Merck Agreement you may qualify
for the Sanofi rebate, but do not qualify for the Rewards bonus.  

A few practices are purchasing Merck vaccines at www.vaccineshoppe.com, or
under another plan (VaxServe, some other supplier, MVSP.)
If you do this you are overpaying and do not qualify for the Rewards program.

In most cases our rebate data is site specific; we can't give you credit for vaccines shipped to a site that is not registered with us. If you have more than one office location, please check with your Sanofi and Merck representatives to make sure each site is enrolled with Main Street.

I am always surprised at the number of members who have no idea what their rebate checks are for and either lose or don't cash them for months and years. Please contact me or Kate at our toll free number, (888) HUB-MAIN if you don't get a check(s) by the middle of September. Please try to cash the check(s) within 90 days.

All you have to do is log onto www.vaccineshoppe.com before August 13, 2010, click the "Order" tab, place an order for all the Sanofi vaccines you need through Sept. 22, 2010, and have it delivered in three monthly shipments before Sept. 22, 2010.

This discount is above and beyond our contract price, VaxMax savings, and the 1% online/ 2% prompt payment discounts. Click for a spreadsheet.

When you log onto vaccineshoppe you may get a pop up that suggests you can
also order Merck vaccines at a discount...do not do this!!!!
If you order Merck products from Vaxserve or through www.vaccineshoppe.com
you will not get our Main Street Contract prices and you will not receive credit
toward the Rewards bonus.

Fluzone

Production of the 2010-2011 vaccine is proceeding on or ahead of schedule. We should begin receiving our orders by the August contract date. Remember that you have to accept your pre-ordered Fluzone in order to get a 1% invoice discount on your core Pediatric vaccines and qualify for the 2010-2011 rebate.
